Consent to the Privacy Policy
of KSPRINT Ltd.

The protection of personal data and safeguarding the personal and financial information of our customers is of utmost importance to us. Therefore, we process your information exclusively in accordance with the applicable legislation, specifically the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (better known as GDPR), the Bulgarian Personal Data Protection Act, and the Electronic Commerce Act.

What happens to your data when you contact us?

When you contact us via the form on our website or by email, we store your data for the period necessary to process your request and to respond to any follow-up questions.
We will not share this information with third parties without your explicit consent.

Data Storage

We inform you that, in order to facilitate the ordering and purchase process, as well as to fulfill our contractual obligations to you, we store your IP address, name, address, email, and payment information (e.g., credit card number).

The data you provide is necessary for fulfilling our pre-contractual and contractual obligations to you.
We do not share this data with third parties, except with:

  • the payment processor (bank, PayPal, ePay),

  • the courier company delivering your purchase,

  • our accountant, and

If an order is not completed, we store the data you entered for 30 days and reserve the right to periodically notify you of its status and your available options.
For completed orders and executed contracts, we store all related data based on Art. 6, para. 1, letters (a) and (b) of GDPR, until the expiration of the 10-year period under Art. 12 of the Bulgarian Accounting Act.
